Kick off 2026 with Commercial Decor & Props! Excited to start new wood prop projects, from 10 cm to 3 m, for creative events worldwide.
Happy New Year to everyone.
One of the great things about working at Commercial Decor & Props is that you never know what projects are going to come through the door.
To mark the start of this new year, we find ourselves working with something that's very very old - wood.
We are delighted to have started a new project with a New Zealand-based company developing a range of props, the smallest being 10cm in size and the largest being over 3m.
We're hoping to have the initial prototype samples done by the end of next week, and then we'll start working on the final run.
It's been a while since we've worked directly with untreated wood as a final product. And it reminds me how great a material it is to work with. Strong yet easy to cut in shape, and it feels great in your hands.
